About Chef Jess

Jessica Rodriguez, chef and owner of all things “It’s Chef Jess” is turning a corner in the culinary industry. Being in the industry for 15 years and having worked many positions in many settings, Jess has logged the hours and taken the time to reflect on where her passion truly lies. The two big ventures for 2019: Launching a new family friendly meal preparation service and publishing her first cookbook. Jess goes on to say, “I want everything I do centered around family and community and embracing each other as best we possibly can. And for me that happens to involve food. I call it privilege to feed so many families and loved ones. Food truly brings people together and I’m honored to be a part of that whether I’ve prepared a meal for you or you prepare your family a meal using a recipe I’ve created.” You can find Chef Jess’ recurring articles in the local community magazine, Growing Up Maury, issued quarterly at rack locations throughout Maury County, TN.
